Insurance

If you plan to use insurance, ask about your plan when you request an appointment and I can tell you how it would work.

It can also help to ask your insurance company:

• Does my plan include mental health benefits for outpatient therapy?
• Do I have a deductible, and have I met it yet?
• Is there a limit on how many sessions I can have each year?
• Do I need approval from my primary care doctor first?

Payment

Fees are due at each session unless we have made another arrangement. I accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Venmo and cash.

Cancellation policy

If you miss a scheduled appointment without letting me know at least 24 hours in advance, the full session fee applies.
